Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Keep in mind that Scenecave Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Email contact@scenecave.property and include:
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider, and send you a reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
